Rules of Ramadan

The rules of Ramadan are for the Muslim person to not break his or her fast until sunset, to not say anything wrong as in cursing or saying anything mean to another person, to not look at anything or anyone doing or is inappropriate, to pray all the prayers, to read Quran, to be kind, to not watch television, and to be generous and help or give others in need.
Food Rules: The usual rules about not eating pork or pig products and no drinking of alcohol are observed, as well as the fast from all food, water, sex, negative thoughts and words, between sunrise and sunset.
