Existentialism
« on: April 26, 2010, 02:58:41 PM »
Existentialism is a 20th century philosophy that concerned with the analysis of existence and of the way humans finds themselves existing in the world. The main concept of this philosophy is that humans exist first and then each individual spends a lifetime changing their essence or nature. The early 19th century philosopher Soren Kierkegaard regarded as the father of existentialism but the term explicitly adopted by Jean-Paul-Sartre. Nietzsche, Camus, Dostoevsky, Kafka, Simone de Beauvoir and many other philosophers also contributed their works and writings about existentialism. An existentialist could be either a religious moralist, agnostic relativist, or an amoral atheist. Kierkegaard was a religious philosopher, Nietzsche was an anti-Christian, Sartre and Camus was an atheist but each basically agrees that human life is in no way complete and fully satisfying because of suffering and losses that occur when considering the lack of perfection, power, and control one has over their life. Even though they do agree that life is not optimally satisfying, it nonetheless has meaning. Existentialism is the search and journey for true self and true personal meaning in life.

Atheism is so senseless. When I look at the solar system, I see the earth at the right distance from the sun to receive the proper amounts of heat and light. This did not happen by chance." Sir Isaac Newton

It was observed that some people, who have studied arts such as literature, drama, politics, language, philosophy, fine arts, mass communication, business, history etc, are more likely not to believe in GOD or believe partly.  On the other hand, most people who have studied Medical Science, Physics, Chemistry, Theology, Engineering, Neurology, Quantum Science and other science subjects are found to be believers. Why so?

People who study subjects related to human beings & society find that some religions are created by human beings themselves. They worship false gods. But muslims don't worship such false gods.

"The Hidden Face of God," Gerald Schroeder, one of the creationist scientists, writes:

Every particle, every being, from atom to human, appears to represent a level of information, of wisdom."

Led Adleman of the University of Southern California in Los Angeles has stated that one gram of DNA can store as much information as a trillion compact discs.

Gene Myers, a scientist employed on the Human Genome Project, has said:

"What really astounds me is the architecture of life… The system is extremely complex. It's like it was designed… There's a huge intelligence there."

No matter how realistic our perceptions, they are our minds' interpretations. Someone watching dolphins perform in the sea is, in reality, watching the vivid and colorful three-dimensional images in his brain.

Everybody in this false world lives in a relative reality because of the lack of veracity of the true reality. Reality is whatever we believe to be real, and therefore when we discover that we are not living in a real world, we struggle to live in a different world, which may be no more real than our previous petty existence

What is real? How do we define "real"? If we're talking about our senses-what we feel, taste, smell, or see-then all we're talking about are electrical signals interpreted by our brain

If” I love you” perceived as “I hate you” then people will be happy by listening I hate you repeatedly surly. Even understanding and tolerant level with different smell, test, feelings can be changed may be. Who knows reality?
