Dear Ma;am

Assalamualikum

Congratulations Ma;am for successfully arranging seminar on a very Important topic for the legal system and socio economic

development of Bangladesh. Its another dissenting Initiative, ma;am  due to three schedule class of me  on that schedule day at Uttara

campus and  confirming students preparation for Mid term examination. I missed the opportunity to participate there. I have too much

interest on the issue. Because. Ma;am my M-Phil enrollment  at DU with that subject my topic is (Combating Software Piracy: Towards

an Effective Copyright Protection Regime). Moreover in this semester, I have assigned to take IP law at Uttara campus  .So Really I might be missed

something ....whatever waiting for the next one.

Thanks again Ma;am.

WalikumusSalam.

Dear Shyful,

Thanks for your appreciation. In fact I was surprised to know that there was no such kind of seminar in the department of Law, DIU. All those years there was only one on ADR.  I've taken some initiatives for organizing seminar in every semester in the department on special topics/subjects which are important for the law students as well as law faculty members. I need positive support of the law people of DIU.

Happy to know that your M.Phil topic is 'Combating Software Piracy: Towards an Effective Copyright Protection Regime'. Definitely that would be a very good work. May I know your supervisor's name? No need to feel sorry that you have missed the seminar since there is always a next time. Sometimes we should prioritize our work. As those classes were your last classes (most probably)  before the midterm exam, you had to deal with them. I understand dear. Here, in main campus I've assigned Ms Manjida for Intellectual Property Law course in this semester & she contributed a good part in the question/answer session which made the seminar lively indeed.  Keynote speaker, Mr Enamul Hoque, Deputy Director, Department of PDT, Ministry of Industries, was a resourceful person. He was also pleased to see the students' interest on that topic.

Take care...all the Best.

Ma'am

Dear Ma;am

EID MUBARAK and Salam

Dr. Ridwanul Hoque. Associate Professor of Law, University of Dhaka is my M.Phil supervisor. and Ma;am I am going to appear for

Final exam of First year within short dates.   Ma;am Its very embarrassing to know that It has already taken  nearly three years for

completing First part. Session jots worsen University reputation . We are only three in session of 2009-2010 in LAW Department,,,,

Masum billah , assistant professor of JU  and  Sharmin Sultana Advocate HC are my fellow colleagues but recently  they  said that they

are no longer interested  with that So I don't know .... May be I  the only fellow of that session . Certainly I am in dark about  the time

which actually would be needed  for. But Ma;am Inshallah, I do believe I must see the end. !

So Ma;am  I hope I am always in your prayer

Sincerely,

What should I say? I know the M.Phil. /Ph.D fact of Dhaka University very well ...... still for some reasons this is the best in Bangladesh. So, I'll say, KEEP IT UP! I've very good connection with all the senior faculty members of Law dept, DU but I know very little about your supervisor, Dr Ridwanul Hoque since he is not graduated from Law, DU; most probably he is from Chittagong University. Anyway, no worry dear.  Just in the morning I have read a quote, "The Tree that are Slow to Grow Bear the Best Fruit." So InshaAllah your patience fruit will be the sweetest.

You'll be in my Thoughts & Prayers.

Ma'am
