Debate is a team work mainly. If all the members of a team speaks in the single line, it echos much better and that is called the stand point. Stand point should be clear to all the team member and they should agree on one central point. After that the Stand point will work as the inspiration to prove the topic.

Each member should be aware of his\her responsibility to prove the point. If one member speaks well and the rest do not, the team is sure to suffer. so everyone should remember the team first.

In fine, debate is great place to learn team work.

Debate is definitely an art which is transparently separated from "brawl". A bad debate/debater displays us a king of row. The person who is more aware of this fact is a better debater.
Yes, it is a kind of team work and all the team members need to converge in thoughts.
Debate assists us to be rationale, patient.
It sharpen one's logical power, angles of thinking.

I know, Shahrear is a kind of debater whom others can reliably follow.
