Today i share my small thinking about my university. I request our respective authority to justify this. If there are any kind of mistake and misunderstand, please forgive me. 

I am a student of Daffodil International University which have a very good academic and other activity's  reputation in our country and also in the world. Daffodil International University can do all things with the qualified authority who are working for the betterment of our university. Our university is a digital university.  Many of this university's students are working in different big companies with a very good reputation. Many of our university students are working as a freelancer in different online job websites. And many students have quality and resources (laptop which is provided from our university without any kind of cost) to work online but they have not sufficient knowledge and experience to do the online work. For that, many of our students are being out from the online job side. If the qualified students can do the online job, the reputation will reach the top level of success within a very short time.

For the proper guideline, our university authority arrange different online workshop to the students. From the workshop and seminar  students are benefited and get the preparation to do the online job.

I think, if our respective authority set up a outsourcing department/team/concern for the students to give them the online jobs which jobs are arranged from the different job provider website. Many of teachers of DIU and DIIT  are very much expert to arrange the online job. Some students are also expert to arrange the online job from the different online job provider websites like freelancer, odesk, elance, 99design etc. So, we can easily arrange the online job from the job which jobs are done by the outsourcing team of DIU.

Some students are doing the online job individually in their home. They get some kinds of problem for doing the online job. If all students are work under same banner or team, the online work will be more good and quality full.

With the students team some new students can do the online job with the help of our expert students. We can create an active team for online job. Online Team  is very much effective for online income.

With the Daffodil outsourcing team many new students of DIU, DIIT, DIS, DIC, BSDC, DIPTI Can do the online job under a active team. If the outsourcing team works, they can provide the  part time job facility to the all students of DIU, DIIT, DIS, DIC, BSDC, DIPTI which is very much effective for developing our group's reputation. Because job is a main source of reputation which can arranged by the outsourcing team.

Our outsourcing team can attend on online job Bid to freelancer, odesk, elance, 99design and etc. And the team can get prepared for the google adsense which is a great source of online income nowadays.

I think, it a  very good for the job pool for the students of us.

All resources for the thinking are available in our university.  We have sufficient resources (active and qualified students who are employee, active and qualified teacher who are very much expert for online job Bidding and qualified authority) for set up an expert outsourcing team.

I can add an example. One of our BBA graduate set up a big team of his own and performs very good job in online market place. He arranges the online jobs and all jobs are done by his team within a very  short time and with a very good communication. Some other students of DIU are doing work for set up a team for online job. Because online job is more affordable and easy for an active team in the sense of individual.

I share my point of view for our university. If i got any kind of mistake with my thinking, please forgive me.  Please.

I think it's an wonderful idea indeed!! I also think that your thinking about the job creation through the online job & post sites using the Daffodil International University platform can help a lot! I think the authority & the department relating this concern may need to focus on this point of view & I urge to the authority to please consider your thinking!!
