â€Crispy Fish n Chipsâ€â€
~Ingredients~
#coral/rui fish 2â€/2†square shape-8 to 10 pcs (like nugget)
#soya sauce-2 table spoon
#tomato sauce-2 tea spoon
#ginger paste-1 tea spoon
#garlic paste-1 tea spoon
#white pepper crush-half tea spoon
#black pepper crush-half tea spoon
#red pepper crushed-half tea spoon
#salt, tasting salt-1 tea spoon
#egg-2 (one use in marinate, one in frying)
#bread crumbs
#oil for fry
~for chips~
#potato finger cutted-3 to 4
#black n white pepper crushed-a pinch
#baking powder-a pinch
#salt, tasting salt-half tea spoon
#oil for fry
*COOKING PROCESS:
~Fish: marinate the fish with all ingredients except 1 egg n bread crumbs for 3 to 4 hours. Wrap the fishes with bread crumbs. Keep it in deep refrigerator for 15 mins. Take another egg in a small bowl n mix it with 1-2 table spoon water. Take the fishes, dip them into egg-water mixture n then wrap again with bread crumbs. Again keep it in refrigerator for 15 mins. Fry directly from the fridge. Then it will be more crispy.
~chips: mix all ingredients together. Marinate 20 mins. Squeeze out extra water. Fry. Serve hot with fish
