Australia is reportedly hoping that the country''s Champions Trophy revival can be better with all-rounder Mitchell Marsh realizing his potentials and making up for a more successful international cricket career.

Although Marsh has not attained much in his cricket career over a year, Australia hopes that the upcoming match between Australia and New Zealand in Birmingham will be an ideal opportunity for the player to showcase his talents, Sydney Morning Herald reports.

According to the report, Marsh''s off-field indiscretions have affected his cricket career adversely as much as his injuries. Stand-in Australian captain George Bailey said that the challenge for Marsh is to harness his talents and perform on the big stage.

Bailey also added that although Marsh is not daunted by playing international cricket and is willing and wanting to learn, Marsh needs to try and be consistent for as long as possible.
