78 sq ft apartment in Manhattan

(1/1)

sahadat_185:
It would seem odd for an architect who spends most of his time designing spacious homes to live in a tiny apartment like this one. Nevertheless, this is what Luke Clark Tyler calls home. He used to live in a 78 sq ft space but decided to downsize, moving in here. The architect designed and built all the furniture. This way he was able to use every inch of the space and to make the most out of this apartment. The apartment has high ceilings and is decorated with a bed, a desk, a small refrigerator and a microwave. The bad news is that there’s no private bathroom.
