This post reminds me of a funny stupidity of English Grammar :)

To make a noun plural, we add –s

For example:

Singular: girl
Plural:  girls

Then again , to make a verb plural, we take away the –s.

For Example:

Singular:  he talks
Plural:  they talk

Many students got confused because of this and they mistake the usages of 's' or 'es'. So here's a tip for you :)

-Generally, if the subject doesn’t end in –S, the verb will.

-If the subject does end in –S, the verb won’t.
