riaduzzaman:
Cyber bullying is the use of the Internet and related technologies to harm other people, in a deliberate, repeated, and hostile manner. (Wikipedia)
In recent times cyber bullying is one of the notorious incidents in internet era. Basically teenager girls are targeted by the offenders around the world. Young peoples in Bangladesh are madly involved in social media. Authority should step forward to take appropriate measures to stop any unwanted incidents happen in Bangladesh like the following tragedies:
#Hannah Smith, 14, was found dead after she received a series of abusive messages on the Ask.fm website, telling her to “drink bleach”, “go get cancer” and “go die”.
#In April, 15-year-old Josh Unsworth from Lancashire was found hanged in his parents’ garden after enduring months of abusive messages on the website.
#Last year, Irish teenagers Ciara Pugsley, 15, from Leitrim and Erin Gallagher, 13, from Donegal, also took their own lives after allegedly being subjected to anonymous bullying on the site.(The daily Telegraph)
