Most of the stalkers do not think of their family and society. They don't have practical thinking and positive attitude towards life. There should be counselling center along with punishment measures for these stalkers

I believe in the saying, "Idle brain is the source of all evils"! So who have no vision about career & life & who are frustrated are indulging their valuable time by teasing girls. We should try to correctify them by our efforts of explaining to them the value of time & life. Only protest or scolding them cannot change their attitude. We should make them understand that they are valuable to our existence, so they should be responsible enough to remove themselves from the mental disease of " Eve-teasing" & should be engaged in constructive thoughts & works.

Yes Madam,thanks for your valuable opinion. Youth is the best period of life. It's blessing of God. They should understand it.
