Aarong is a contemporary lifestyle store in Bangladesh, which was conceived and founded by Shilu Abed. Aarong is a store famous for selling the country's own products, which are made in Bangladesh. Everything for sale in Aarong is the country's own products, which are produced in the village by the village people.

Aarong  is now looking for the following position.

Position: Senior Officer/Officer (Monitoring, Social Compliance & Producer Relations Dept.)

Job Nature: Full Time.

Educational Qualification: Graduate from BBA with exemplary academic excellence from Daffodil International University.

Job Description:

    Implement industry based social compliance action plan for handicraft/SME industry
    Develop and engage in Producer development activities in regard to their social compliance
    Develop customized corrective action plans for Producers based on findings from social audits
    Monitor social compliance standards at Producer production centres and handle non-compliance issues
    Manage and perform tasks related to social compliance projects.
    Prepare monthly monitoring and audit performance reports
    Update and develop new industry based compliance guidelines, registers, and policies
    Engage in Producer relationship management operation.

Experience Requirements: 1 to 2 year(s).

Salary Range: BDT 24,735/-

Position: International Admission Counselor.

    To bring under admission.ac career counseling so that the officials may process their documents to a successful completion. [Selected candidates will be trained up accordingly
