 Education-- --------------to teach in DIU
 Awareness raising----- to think them as a responsible member.

 Abilty to earn-------------and ability to spend on colleagues.

 Using force--------------- definitely not against the male(me).

Dear, Please make the matter specific and more clear. Here empowerment for what? For women or any community?

I think self-education both for men and women, only the point of view may create a difference.

There is no alternate to education to make one empowered whether woman or man.
