 Recently an order has passed by the Appellate Division of Supreme court regarding the rules of taking anticipatory bail by HCD.

Ferdousi Begum:
Article 32 of the Constitution of Bangladesh says that, "No person shall be deprived of life or personal liberty save in accordance with law." For this reason, getting an anticipatory bail is necessary. But the scope and ambit of getting this kind of bail should also be checked. I did not find the order Sonali ma'am, could you please give me the link if possible? Thanks.
