Sometimes we confused about Flat & Apartment. What’s the difference between them? Actually, there is no difference between Flat & Apartment. The British say "Flat" on the other hand, American say "Apartment".

Dear viewers, have you any other idea regarding this? If have, please share with us.

flat is a residential place where an individual lives with His/her family members and involve all other residential facilities.Flat is a part of apartment .



Apartment :Apartment is also residential place but  total building flat is called a  Apartment.

I also knew what you have said. But I have some confusion regarding this. I think in case of our country your thinking is correct but it might not have international acceptance.
