DIU should give more attention on Internship and job issue

Dear Sir,

As we know Bangladesh has 54 private and 28 Public University. So, It is the really tough job to get the internship. When we look for internee with CV to the bank or other institution, they seem as if they are Prime Minister, and they also think that we are begging. So, we have to work hard to get internship training, or sometimes we have to collect reference for internship.

If our university maintains a very strong relationship with different institutions, we shall get internship training easily. Is it possible for our university to send us in different institutions for internship like Dhaka University?  The same opportunity should be given us not only for internship but also for getting a job. If our university would introduce the quota system, I want to say, our university sends 30 students to prime bank, 30 students to City Bank, 30 to IDLC, 30 students to EXIM Bank for internship or job.

I know our faculty members are very cooperative. Sometimes, they try to help the students to get a good job in the different sector. I also know our CDC is more active now. Our honorable   faculty member and Coordinator of Career Development Centre (CDC), Mr. Syed Mizanur Rahman is trying his level best. However, if our CDC takes proper steps, this day is not so far, our University bloom properly like Daffodil flower and spreads its smell everywhere.

It is totally my opinion. I love my university.  I always favor of my friends.

Thanks for the post Mr. Ashique. Bangladesh is one of those countries who possessed a lot of young-hearts and now-a-days we see that these young people (maximum) are not uneducated. So, lots of competition here and u've to face these competitions and win. And I appreciate our students who have a great power to convince different companies' higher authority (Likd MD, Chaiman, HR Managers etc) and got the internship/job. So it can be  understood that frm our University they learnt something to implement. And finally our CDC is trying its level best to make good relatiön with different companies. Thats all Mr. Ashique coz Raju Sir will make you clear elaborately.

I totally agree with you but sir some of us they do not have any mama, chacha (Reference), they cannot convince the different authorities. If our university do not take proper step, We would not go ahead.

Raju sir is there at CDC to help all students regarding internship. Please go meet him. Share all your views and ideas with him. If your ideas are not accepted, then please write in the forum.
