Students ID Number

(1/10) > >>

Ms. Aziz:
Sometimes we see that students write down their partial ID no (only last part***-**-281) in registration form or other documents and also mention their last 3 digits when asked what is your ID number.I think they are not clear about the code of the ID number where each part represent a valuable meaning and its very easy so as to recall the entire number.Sometimes they say its a big number and tough to memorize.If you know the meaning it will help you to remember your ID number.
Here is the tips:
If your ID number is 053-11-807
1st Part
05 is for 2005 and 3 is for Fall semester.1 is for Spring 2 is for Summer and 3 is for Fall.(there are three semesters in a year)
2nd part
It represents the subject code
BA in English =10
BBA=11
CSE=15
Textile=23 etc.
So here the student is of BBA program
3rd part
this is the continuation of serial number.An ID of a  new students of BBA for Spring 2011 will be 111-11-****.Hope this will help you.If you are already known about it please teach your friends who are still unaware of it.

kazi shahin:
Very informatics post sir.

Do you can understand me about our CGPA  system?

Ms. Aziz:
Here it is

CGPA=∑ cr X grade point ÷ Total Credit

For Example
3 X 3.5+3 X 3.00+3 X 3.75 + 3 X 4.00 = ∑ cr X grade point which will be divided by total credit  ie12

kazi shahin:
Thank you sir
Now i'm clear about this.

Do you have any other information that we need to know?

Ms. Aziz:
Its better if u are specific in asking
