In the era of globalization most of the employers prefer those employees who have combined knowledge on business and technology. In North America there is a professional course named CISA (Certified Information System Auditor) which consists of Advanced Accounting and Advanced Information System related courses. CISA certified has worldwide acceptance, even more than other professional accounting degree holders like ACCA, CPA, CA, or CMA as they have expertise both in International Accounting Standards and Advanced Information System. Like CISA Program, Bachelor of Real Estate (BRE) Program has been designed to produce competent real estate business graduates to meet the growing demand of competent Human Resources for more than 4,000 Real Estate Companies in Bangladesh. BRE graduates have sound knowledge in the area of real estate law, real estate marketing, real estate finance and all other core business and non business related courses. Besides, they have proficiency in core Civil Engineering, Architecture and Construction Materials and New Technology related courses which  distinguish them from other business graduates around the world. BRE syllabus includes Architectural Design in Real Estate, Fundamentals of Civil Engineering, Auto CAD in Real Estate Design, Building, Construction Materials & Modern Technology in Real Estate, Geographical Information System in Real Estate that makes the BRE graduates competent enough to provide efficient services to the Real Estate Companies.

This 4-year (126-credit) business program has been offered in different renowned universities around the world.
