Preparing banana milk shake for kids

As we know how banana is good for our health, full of Naturally fat-, cholesterol- and sodium-free, A good source of potassium, dietary fiber, manganese and vitamins B6 & C.

To prepare banana milk shake just add (banana+milk+ little sugar) and blend. Childrens love this delicious and healthy milk shake.
