Two Simple Meditation Techniques That Can be Done Anywhere

Two very quick and easy meditation techniques. The great thing about these techniques is that they can be done anywhere.
1 Belly Breathing
This technique is designed to relax the body by teaching how to breathe as deeply as possible. Even a few short minutes of this technique can help relax tremendously.
2. Counting the Breath
This technique involves giving each breath — both inhalation and exhalation — a specific count. It is terrific for focusing the mind and increasing relaxation.
