Assalamualikum!
Students generally used to not following the Notice either Academic or Administrative. This is not a good habit! In thus way we are the officials also fall on Problem. All most all the students have a Face book ID or check his Face book Account, but didn't have time to see Notice board.  To avoid this Problems a Face book page may be opened for Notice. In permanent campus students are very unconscious about this.
