Encourage must installed to everyone ...If you encourage someone to do some good things for help people and also you, then that people encourage other people .It increase day by day then we will create a nice flavor of this world..It is really good opportunity to us to show something in front of other people that we are not weak...Individually we are nothing but together we can get everything....

We should not expect encouragement only, we have to encourage others as well. First of all, students have to identify what their first responsibility is. Their first priority should be on their studies, then comes forum or other extra curricular activities...this is also encouragement to all those who hardly study.....

Why are some students Not serious about their studies? Because they fail to understand the purpose of studies...they have to be clear in mind that if they study well, they will have depth understanding and knowledge  of particular subjects which will eventually help them shine in life.

Do it, what you love to do. Life is vast & through your life you have to keep a belief in one thing. It could be your work, your religious, destine others norms. Every person is literate in his own field. (Kamar, kumar,tati,jele all are skilled, experienced, expert & literate of course). I don't belief in learn but I belief in practice. If I practice the information, the information can make me knowledgeable. If I can implement the knowledge properly then I'm skilled & experienced. I don't go for study but practice. How can I practice my knowledge?  I think, extra activity gives me the opportunity to implement my knowledge & makes me skilled.
