8 mental Development Lessons from Inception

1. Everything in life starts off as an idea
2. Our sub consciousness has unlimited resources. Learn to tap into it.
3. Avoidance is not a solution
4. Everything you experience has a root cause
5. Once you uncover and address the root cause, the issue will be addressed
6. When you resist others, you cause them pain you don’t know
7. Positive motivators are stronger than negative motivators
8. You’re not alone in your problems

So, film is now a of positive learning that creates a inner development for long. Its attachment with our heart inspire us to lead life form the lessons we get from a character, a scene, a plot, a dialogue or all over the story or songs as well.

The Pursuit of Happiness- Inspired by the real life story of Chris Gardner, The Pursuit of Happiness is one of the most inspiring movies in recent years.  A single man (Will Smith) raising his young son(Jaden Smith) is reduced to sleeping in bus station bathrooms and homeless shelters while trying to sell overpriced medical equipment to doctors and landing the one available employment position with the brokerage firm Dean Witter Reynolds.
He is bombarded by obstacles like his medical equipment being stolen by street performers, a night’s stay in jail for unpaid parking tickets, and a consistent lack of cash flow.  Despite the overwhelming trials he had to endure, Gardner wins the sole employment position.  Will Smith’s 6 consecutive #1 opening, brought in 27 million dollars in its first weekend.
In the film Inception we will get some extraordinary lesson for our thinking level or understanding
Synopsis of Inception: Cobb (the main lead portrayed by Leonardo Dicaprio) is a professional thief, hired to extract secrets from people’s minds. He’s now hired by Saito (Ken Watanabe), a highly powerful businessman, to do the opposite – to plant an idea in someone’s mind (a competitor) so his empire will not be threatened. The movie shows how Cobb engages his team, creates a plan to pull it off and executes it. While he’s working to manipulate others’ sub consciousness, he deals with subconscious issues of his own.

Forrest Gump-This movie that is based on a novel by the same name tells the story of a man who has an IQ of 75 and unknowingly lives a highly influential and successful life.  Despite having leg braces as a child and his obvious mental incapacities, Forrest’s mother assures him that “life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you’re gonna get”. With that advice, Forrest goes on to win the Congressional Medal of Honor, become a world famous ping-pong champion, own of a highly successful shrimp fishing company, and run across the country in three years; all of this with a seemingly ignorant awareness to the importance of his accomplishments.  The movie also touches on the quandary of whether the events in life are because of predetermined fate or if all of life is a series of unplanned occurrences.  This amazing inspirational story of triumph earned 677 million dollars worldwide.

Pauline Kael, an American famous film critic said that
“A good movie can take you out of your dull funk and the hopelessness that so often goes with slipping into a theatre; a good movie can make you feel alive again, in contact, not just lost in another city. Good movies make you care, make you believe in possibilities again.”
If we again talk about some inspiration films like the film Forrest Gump or The Pursuit of Happiness, we will find how effectively a film can motivate us in our life and also some mental growth to think positively.

Introduction:

A film, also called a movie or motion picture, is a series of still images which, when shown on a screen, creates the illusion of moving images due to phi phenomenon. Mental development is defined as the construction of mind activity such as memory, thought processes, problem solving, decision making and intellectual activity. It is also known as cognitive development. Motivation is the driving force that causes the flux from desire to will in life. For example, hunger is a motivation that elicits a desire to eat. Motivation has been shown to have roots in physiological, behavioral, cognitive, and social areas.
The topic of our research paper film for mental growth and motivation is now a real truth of twenty first century. There are many reasons behind this truth. If we talk about history we will find that, many schoolchildren in Britain in the late 1980s and early 1990s watched hundreds of episodes of British-made educational films over the course of their primary school careers. As a result, the delivery-style and distinctive colour-palette ("scientific" looking neutral-blue backgrounds etc.) of these films is instantly recognisable to any child of the appropriate generation. This was used to great effect by the British television series Look Around You which parodies these films.
Films are in different in nature and people have different choices of film that they liked most. These are some like-Action, Adventure, Art, Biographical, Comedy Documentary docudrama, Drama Fantasy fairy tale, Horror, comedy, psychological, Musical, Romance, Science fiction, Thriller etc.
