It is very easy process...

Firstly open a notepad and write the following code
FreeMem=Space(64000000)
save it this name "RAMcleaner.VBS "

Now, when you think, you need clean the RAM...just click

will increase pc speed or anything like that?!! is there any side effect of using it!

If you use the process of Ram cleaning, your pc must be first. As you know when we work in pc, a different types of file write on Ram. As a result, your system become slower. So, you can remove it by this process.

I can say you one more tricks that is, go to start> run>write "tree" (without quota). You can also clean your ram through this process.
