Position:
Programme Officer
Job Description / Responsibility:
• Actively implement INAFI programme(s)
• Design and conduct research on various emerging issues related to development sector (including conducting FGDs, field visits as required and report writing)
• Document and analyse case studies of different success stories of development sector
• Develop proposals and budget for different programme/project
• Play an active role in maintaining liaison with INAFI member organisations and other stakeholders
• Any other task assigned by the Executive Director
Job Nature: Full-time
Educational Requirements: Master Degree in Business Administration or Development Studies or Social Science from recognized University.
Experience Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in NGOs, development agencies, consultancy firms, research organization etc.
• Experience in documentation, knowledge management and/or research is preferable.
Additional Job Requirements:
• Age maximum 32 years
• Excellent report writing skills in English (English language proficiency will be tested)
• Analytical ability
• Good computer and presentation skills
• A good team player with strong leadership qualities
Salary Range: TK. 35,000 consolidated
