How to get duplicate Admit card

At first student should take care about admit card. It's a silly fact that someone lost his admit card.

If any accident occur then this system is very good. I don't know about the form but their should be a field where the student will inform how he/she lost his admit card.

First of all I want to mention that from now and onward ADMIT CARD word is invalid we named it as EXAM CLREARANCE.mr. Sohel the actual process is like this
1.Collect the duplicate Exam clearance Form from Dpt/admission office
2.After filling students' part collect the sign of the invigilator of the exam hall if you are refused from there to continue exam or collect the sign of the coordination officer
3.Go to the accounts and pay taka 50 and also get the sign of the accounts officer that u dont have any dues
4.Come to the Registrar Office ,submit the form along with the money receipt.
5. After getting permission for duplicate Exam clearance go to the accounts dpt again and collect the duplicate one by submitting the Form.
This sort of documents should be kept very carefully has any one of you lost ur SSC or HSC Admit card?I dont think so then why here? you all need to be more cautious so that you wont loose it.The rate of loosing Exam clearance has become less because who wanna go willingly for this process during exam its better to keep the document safe.Isn't it?
Yes when ever you wanna get duplicate, triplicate, tetra,penta and more Exam clearance every time you have to go through this process.I am sure you are not ready to go through this process several times.

Thanx its really informative post for DIU students. But I think if we very much carefull then not necessary to collect duplicate admit card..........
