Faculty of Science and Information Technology going to organize Science Festival  this year 2010 and officially exact time schedule of the festival will be announced later. I will inform the latest news regarding festival time to time via this forum. So, we want to keep touch with us and enjoy the coming gorgeous festival.

Thanks saikat for your information and your information will be correct one because your head is the convener of the fair. All the decisions to hold the Fair of the previous meeting as held on 26.08.10 are given below:

Decisions:
1.   A Souvenir will be published. Number of pages will be approximately 50-60 pages. Some advertisement may be collected.
2.   i) Programming contest will be held on 15 October.
       ii) One souvenir needs to be published for the contest only.
      iii) Laptop may be used in the contest; about100 laptop will be needed. Mr. Nadir Bin Ali assured that laptop will be arranged. Prof. Akhter will take necessary steps in this connection.
3.   A 20 minutes drama will be stage in the inauguration session. A demo of the drama will be held on 26 September.
4.   Three/Four Seminars of about 2 hour’s duration for each seminar will be organized.
5.   Web-Site committee will make a demonstration of the event after Eid-ul-Fitr.
6.   Alumnai committee will organize a meeting in this connection and will try to get some sponsorship from the alumnai. They may organize a dinner to collect funds for the fair.
7.   Meet the leaders will be a collective events and few leader will be chosen and a talk show will be held.
 The next meeting of the committee will be held on Thursday the 23 September,2010 at 11.00 am in the room no. 306 of main campus.
