Human Relationship starts and get deeper based on caring,sympathy,respect,understanding,consideration,sacrifice,compromise,trust,honesty etc.But it takes few things to spoil that such as suspicion ,distrust,misunderstanding,ego.

The term "superiority complex", in everyday usage, refers to an overly high opinion of oneself. In psychology, it refers to the unrealistic and exaggerated belief that one is better than others. It is a psychological defense mechanism in which feelings of superiority counter or conceal feelings of inferiority.

It's really a problem if you try to show the people you meet that you're always right, instead of letting them just figure it out for themselves without going out of your way to make them realize.

rumman:
The superiority complex is a great problem as far as relationship is concerned. If someone thinks that he /she is the best or he/she is always right or he/she has more experiences and degrees than others, then it is a big problem.

We should always put ourselves in other situations and let the people to comment and decide about us and our opinion sometimes. We have to consider other’s point of view
