Learn to love the journey. Enjoy the slow steady movements toward what you dream of. And take refuge in the simple comforts of loving relationships, dear friends and your creative vision. Generally speaking if you want commitment from your staff then you have to demonstrate to your team that the executive team share that commitment..

First of all manage yourself with controlling power which is given by Almighty.
BOSS::Sounds good but Leader should take place what i said about it should be manage, communicate, control, take action with effective tools..so have it then be your own Leader not BOSS.....
