Before replying you, may I ask why you people are not habituated with a good practice of mannerism. Your could query, rather,

"May I know whom I should contact bcz I found WIFI off...?"
Dear, please be positive to your approach, attitude & and if u have negative attitude I humbly discourage you to post in the Forum. Forum is not a place of any negative & aggressive manner which reflects the bad attitude of DIU student. DIU opened this forum for transparency and from the very beginning cultivated a habit of constructive and +ve approach. Negative posting might discourage the authority to open up this forum for all anymore. I am sure, as a student & well-wisher of DIU and its Forum, nobody wants it.

You know that we had exam and we have passed a long vacation for these reasons Wi-Fi connection is off now. Hope, from saturday or sunday you will again get Wi-Fi connection.
