Dear Participants,

Date for presenting to Chairman is 26th as published in the Forum.

At 11am on the 26th, we also have an Academic Council meeting. The Chairman has therefore given the time as 2:30pm on the 26th.

Pls be ready to present your part and the comments that you wish to mention to the Chairman.

Our presentation should be:

1. How documentation can be done and its various parts.
2. The efforts that the team has put in.
3. What is needed to implement documentation.
4. Formation of a Task Force.
5. Further training needed.
