You haven't written about your RAM and HDD. Anyway try to delete temporary files. Go to 'Run' menu and type 'temp', '%temp% and 'prefetch' consequently. Then delete all those junk files.

Use Defragment tool to speed up your HDD.

After all, you may setup OS again to speed up your pc.
