Mam, I also feel these types of the problem.. My problem is that when I want to do something, until whenever I complete this task properly,  I cannot concentrate on study. I don't know how will I solve it.

This is a good sign that you prefer perfect completion of any work.
This is not a problem rather an asset.
Use this asset and think that studying a chapter or study for a quiz is a work that you must do at a time.
During your exam dont be involved with such work that needs too much of your time.

(Tell me more about - what types of incomplete  job keep you at unrest.)
