THANKS DEAR IRINA Mam and Rasel Sir for pointing the formal and informal usage because I have seen students using informal abbreviation in their formal writing.

I also agree with Irina madam and Shamsi madam. We should know which one is appropriate for formal or informal writing. Sometimes we make mistake.

Students are much more interested to use and learn the short form. But we should also inform them that they can use it only in informal environment.
