How Much Water Should I Drink every day.

An adult person should drink minimum 8 glasses of water....water removes wastes & harmful toxins of body...again, boiling chill water during winter & wait for its endurable temparature to drink can be helpful for us.

We should drink pure drinking water.We can also avoid cold diseases by drinking hot lemon water in winter season.
