Now, what can be the alternative to lessen 'Testress'  ::)  ??? I guess, 'no exam' should be the last choice.

I think both formative and summative assessment can be in focus in our prevailing system  :)

Tina, the problem with formative assessment is - you will have to have records of how you are evaluating the ongoing development of the students and turn it into grades . University authority always want assessment to be turned into marks/grades.
