This position is responsible for Planning, directing, and coordinating human resource management activities of this organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as
   Employee compensation,
   Recruitment,
   Personnel policies,
   Staff Welfare
   Training
   Punishment / Reward
   Regulatory compliance



Detail list of Duties and Responsibilities:
   To make advertisement according to requisition of manpower and make it published
   Scrutinizing arranging interview board
   Final recruitment with appointment letter
   Arrange training for the fresh employees
   Performance appraisal & make it regular or release


 Supervision received:
Work is performed under the general supervision of a higher level of authority

•   Deputy Manager


Supervision exercised:
•   Junior Subordinate of HR (Asst. Manager)
•   PRE (Public Relation Executive)
•   Computer Operators
•   Peon
