As we all know that foundation day is the representer of a varsity itself. it Shows the ability & harmony of a universities attitude, significance, and creativity.

So I offer to the authority, to maximize the empowerment in the creativity process in FD.

By the word" empowerment"- I meant to make the larger creativity in the primary process of the foundation day.Like I can Say:

1. enrich the rally more attentive.
2. more color, shades & culture of the DIU must be represented here.
3. Every departments can show their best by projecting their capability to do something for the betterment of the country.
 4. students performance for the rally must be improved & frequently checked by inspecting the rally...
5. more & more ideas can be developed by the founders to present the FD as a grand festival which can be the leading path for all the other universities.............
