Dear all,
Concise Oxford English dictionary is available for Java as well as symbian operating mobile phones. Users will find meaning of a word at the same time they will find different forms of the word (such as noun, verb, adverb etc). Users will be benefited by finding the phonetic transcription of words. It is the mini-version of Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary, which we may call as portable Oxford dictionary. It is better than any other mobile dictionaries (according to my using). This software will be found the following website- getjar.com, and it's completely free.

yesterday in a class I told my students to check a website for more practice and just after a minute a student showed me the website through his mobile phone. At the end of the class, few students came to me and said 'we are new students...living in a hostel and we don't have computer or internet enabled mobile phone.'

Technology...is it making a polarised class?
