Thanks All:

I am very happy for yours wonderful comments.
Pain killer is not quite bad at all time. But we should follow the registered doctor’s advice. There have some pain, which take much time to remove. Sometimes we can not tolerate and decide for taking pain killer. We must avoid taking excessive pain killer without any doctor’s advice. This could be make serious difficulty in your body. There may have any alternative way to remove your pain. I think any pain is the first symptoms of diseases. So if you can not recognize your pain and reason then you should go to a doctor.

There are some meditative person as well as community who are living peacefully.Buddhists may be the remarkable example for it. Buddhists have the ability to pierce the nidle on their tong. How can it possible? By practicing meditation. Meditation may be a alternative solution for all kind of pain, headache and so on. It can give you a proper solution before the exam night.Besides, meditation can help you to sit a long time before  PC, watching TV or hardworking. This is the proved manner to all. Now Whit is meditation?  Meditation is nothing but contemplation/deep thought. it has some specific procedure for practice. Now-a-days there are some institute for training, such as 'quantum method'.The meditation and perception is really very effective. You can try....
