Seven JSC examinees killed in road crash in Bogra

Seven people including five Junior School Certificate ((JSC) examinees were killed and four others injured as a bus rammed into a shallow-engine run vehicle carrying the students at Kashimpur in Shibganj upazila Monday.



The tragic accident occurred at about 12:30 pm when 11 people including nine students of Syedpur Islamia High School were going to Mogamtola High School examination center in the shallow-engine run vehicle locally known as 'Bhotbhoti'.

Witnesses said a Rangpur bound bus from Bogra hit the three-wheeler from behind, leaving four JSC students dead on the spot and seven people seriously wounded.

It is a pathetic accident though all accidents are pathetic in nature. This accident is more pathetic that it took away the future leaders of our country.

We all should try to create awareness about the safe-driving among people especially the drivers.
