Stop Eve Teasing Right Now

Eve teasing and the miseries caused by it have taken an alarming form in our country. It is really a matter of shame that in the age of globalization and digitalization, there exists a such a henious phenomena in Bangladesh.
The death of the college teacher Mr. Mizan and Ms. Chanpa Rani, a mother of four daughters are the victims who protested against the stalkers.
Besides, there are hundreds of cases where the victims commit sucide or their family members are assaulted both physically and mentally. It is a pity that any stringent legal action against these stalkers has not yet been taken. I don't know how much sacrifices are required to pass a severe punishment for the stalkers.
There should be a scope for punishment when any stalker is caught at the beginning of his stalking. There is no point in waiting for the ultimate aftermath - death. We should stop a stalker immediately rather waiting to see how far he proceeds with his mean plan.

A large part of young generation has gone at the verge of astray now a days. Following might be the probable causes behind this suffocation situation for the whole civilization:
-- Exotic Culture achieved from abroad (in is miserable that we usually copy the bad things, not good things).
-- Depression.
-- Lack of social and family bondage.
-- Unemployment, the stalkers' brains are the Devil's asylum.
-- Negligence from and of the family.
-- Bad associations.
-- Dominating mentality over the physically weaker sex.
-- Satellite and Mobile culture.
-- Political involvement and abuse of power.
-- Detachment from the family.
-- Ignorant and defying of the law.
-- Lack of Respect upon the opposite sex.
This heinous attitude towards female sect should be prevented from the family, from the beginning.
And what is most important, is to create exemplary punishment by the Law (Our Law regarding this should be amended) which will set examples before all. When anybody senses that he can escape the law, with no surprise, he might go to the Dog.

All the points marked above are within a cycle. If anyone stops one of the point, other points back up for it. So it is almost impossible to stop eve teasers. They are so much twisted mentally that there is no cure.
I also do not think that they can be stopped from the family as sometimes eve teasers gain their heinous attitude from their friends (more like wrong companion).
An eve teaser actually doesn't care about anything at all. If you shout at him today he will only get worse tomorrow and we can not just remain silent too. One who doesn't care of anything, not even his family can be very dangerous as there is absolutely no way he can understand what others feel about them. Only way to stop eve teasers is to create a social bond strong enough to overpower their twisted cycle.

First, the stalkers should be severely punished for what they did. Then social bond might help to rehabilitate them through counselling and engaging them in positive activities.
Social bond can prevent someone turning to a stalker. Social bond might play a role in a mild way by boycotting stalkers until they stop eve teasing.
But the stalkers can never be given to opportunity with the vague hope that they would rectify themselves.

Dear Madam,
Is it really possible to punish the stalkers severely without the social bond? Suppose we are attempting to punish a stalker. What problem do we face in the process? Someone/some people from the society is/are backing up for them... maybe he will get back up from his twisted friends, his own family member (who will not think that what crime that stalked has committed rather what is their relation with him), someone powerful living in the society (maybe political leader or rich business man ) and so on. We can not stop them because they actually have more bonds than us (harsh truth). How can i say that? Did you notice how many people step forward to protect someone from even the least group of hijackers? Same thing happens for the eve teasers/stalkers. So to stop them we need to form a true bond not only a bond of mere speech.
