Learn a French sentence everyday
« on: October 17, 2015, 01:08:58 PM »
English                                        French

Good Morning                              Bonjour

This term is a combination of the French words "bon" and "jour." Bon means "good" and jour means day. Translated literally, the phrase means "good day.

This is a standard French greeting use to say "good morning," "good afternoon," "good day," and "hello."

If you can provide any link to listen its pronunciation that would be more helpful.
Its because, French and Spanish sounds the most weird accent to the English learners you know that !  :) :(

Good initiative, madam. It'd be nice if you could write the pronunciation with each expression (it's done for some, though).
