Every thing has two aspects-good & bad. If we know how to take good, then we'll be benefitted.....otherwise the bad aspect of the matter will damage us....cell phone, internet & other technological facilities are for our benefit, but we have to know where is the limit....I agree with kulsum....there are many things besides adda, gan   about which we need to be responsible an an individual & also as a citizen of our country....we should not waste our valuable time for mere entertainment....

Dear sir and madam, I also agree with many of this point. In 21st century. if we would like to take any challenge we must improved in four areas such as Technology, Communication, Presentation and Language.Tecnology (cell-phone ) is not bad but  I think we should used this properly. So service provider and receiver should consider this.

Some students are not aware about the misuses of cell phones. Some say that they know they are wasting valuable time. But they are getting addicted and cannot give up excessive usage of cell phones. I think, teachers' proper motivation and parents' constant company can help the students.

In every technological appliances there must have positive and negative sides. We all must be cautious about its usages. We must be positve in terms of intention and usages of the technology. We must keep the technology open to all. After all its a tool. If we know the effective way of using tool then we can enhance our skills.

I did join here more than two years and no student can say for a single day my mobile phone's ring tone was switch on. it is my habit to check it before entry to the class room. If you want to do it you have to go for practices again and again. So you have to talk to your students how they use it. Personally i do believe , this  is not very much necessary for the student to keep it with them in the class room with full attention on the mobile phone. I mean they can switch it off before going tho class room.

With thanks
