Dear Alumni Member,

Notice from the Office of the Chief Election Commissioner DIUAA

A meeting was held at 03:30 pm on 6 December 2010 at the office of the Chief Election Commissioner, DIUAA. The meeting was presided by Prof. Dr. S.M. Mahbub-ul-Haque Majumder, Chief Election Commissioner, DIUAA.   Following members were present:

1.   Mr. Emran Hossain, Member, BoG, DIU
2.   Mr. Dr. Md. Abu Taher, Member, DIUAA
3.   Mr. Md. Masud-Ibn-Rahman, Member, DIUAA

After thorough discussion the following resolution was unanimously adopted in the meeting.

Fee for the Nomination Form:
President         : TK. 1000.00
Vice-President         : TK. 800.00
Secretary General      : TK. 800.00
Remaining posts and members: TK. 500.00

Election Schedule for new Executive Committee of DIUAA for 2011-12:
Collection of Nomination Paper: 18-19 December, 2010 (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Submission of Nomination Paper:  December 22, 2010 (3:00 PM to 8:00 PM)
Scrutiny of the Nomination Paper: December 23, 2010 at 3:00 pm
Declaration of the valid Nomination Paper: December 23, 2010
Withdrawal of the Nomination paper: December 27, 2010
Date of Election         : December 31, 2010
