Meaning or Definition of Organization Behavior
Simply organizational behavior is the study of human behavior at work. Organizational Behavior means, how employees behave with internal and external people of the organization.
According to Keith Davis, “Organizational behavior is the study and application of knowledge about how people as individuals and as groups act within organizations.”
Organizational Behavior is a scientific discipline in which a large number of research studies and conceptual developments are constantly adding to its knowledge base.

According to S.P. Robbins, “Organizational behavior is a field of study that investigates the impact that individuals, groups and structure have on behavior within organizations, for the purpose of applying such knowledge toward improving an organization’s effectiveness.”
Organizational Behavior is a human tool for human benefit.
Organization Behavior applies broadly to the behavior of people in all   
    types of organizational, business, government, schools and Service
    organizations.
Wherever organizations are, there is a need to ‘’Describe, Understand,
     Predict and (Control) better manage human behavior.
Finally organizational behavior is concentrated with the study of what people do in an organization and how their behavior affects the organization’s performance.
