Another day one student said B- when I asked what is your B.G.Again I asked are you sure B-?No madam I am not. Then why u r telling so?Oh Mam I thought I have to mention a B.G thats why I said so.

Just think !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I thought a lot but didnt get any proper ans why ppl can be so idiotic.

A person’s blood type is very important in a medical emergency that might require a blood transfusion or an organ transplant. The study of blood is a particular specialty in medicine known as hematology. There are 29 different blood group systems, each represented by specific elements found on the surface of red blood cells. The most common blood group systems are ABO and Rhesus.

A person’s blood type becomes a crucial matter when a blood transfusion is necessary. If an individual is transfused with the wrong blood type, a reaction that severely compromises the immune system can result. There are different levels at which a mismatched transfusion can occur, from minor to major incompatibility. Minor factors may lead to very minor problems, but a major incompatibility of blood type during a transfusion can be serious.

So please be serious about this and try to know what is your Blood group without any delay.

A blood group pool of DIU students, faculty and management is kept at our library website. I collected the list several times from the library.

Students should be more careful about the right blood group. As it will be on there ID card also. So, in-case any accident happens the concern persons may become confuse about the blood group.

If you do not know don't tell. But don't give false information.
