I've found 2 english words which are no more used in english literature. these are
(i)  "Schadenfreude" meaning  "the pleasure one derives from the misfortune of others" ;
(ii) "epicaricacy"    meaning  "The pleasure derived from the misfortunes of others".
let us bring 'em back, but only in literature & not in life.
