We often confuse about Entrepreneurship and limit its definition. Entrepreneurship entails taking up initiatives considering the risk factors. Risk can be in many forms. Now question comes in whether the term entrepreneurship is only applicable for business. As inferred from the definition, the spirit of entrepreneurship can be found anywhere in our society. A husband or a father or a mother who runs the family is an Entrepreneur. An academician is an Entrepreneur as well. Students are also fall under these larger domain of Entrepreneurs. The real entrepreneurship is within yourself. People can only be entrepreneurs if they have power, strong back ups- that's a wrong notion. Another common wrong notion is if you participate in any competition, then you can be an Entrepreneur. Well, this is a matter of debate. If you just have a glimpse on the lives of most successful entrepreneurs they are mostly college dropouts or someone who has degree as well but they never participated in any competition to be an entrepreneur. It is within themselves that make them successful. Unfortunately, we live in a world where some budding entrepreneurs have been taken out or misdirected through various means at the early stage. Some of these entrepreneurs manage to come back and grab success. Those who can not make it, they hide behind the screen. Considering all these, tenacity and passion for work or dream are must for to be entrepreneurs.
