Affirmative Agreement- Too , So, Do

Sub+Be verb +----- + And  +So+Be verb+Sub
I      am          happy,   and      so      are       you

They  will work   in the lab,    and        you        will         too

Negative Agreement- Either, Neither

Negative statement + And+ Sub. +Neg. aux./be verb+Either
I did not see X today, and   he             didn’t see          either             

Negative statement + And+ Neither +Posi. aux./be verb+Sub
I did not see X today, and     neither        did                      he

Examples:
She won’t be going to the conference, and her colleagues won’t either
She won’t be going to the conference, and neither will her colleagues

X hasn’t seen the new movie yet, and I haven’t either
X hasn’t seen the new movie yet, and neither have I
